About these 21st Birthday Cards
In Ireland the twenty first still carries more weight than it probably should, given eighteen already happened. It is the one with the family party and the friends night out on separate days, and the one where a key or a keepsake still turns up in half the cards. These designs cover both sides of it, the sentimental one from parents and the one from friends that cannot be shown to parents.
Printed on heavyweight cardstock in my studio in Mallow, blank inside, with real foil pressed by hand rather than printed gold ink. A5 is the usual pick for a twenty first because the card tends to get kept alongside the photos.
If the gift is a trip, a concert or a night away, the birthday keepsake cards reveal it properly. For a surprise hidden behind a scratch panel there are scratch reveal cards, and 30th birthday cards come round faster than anyone expects.

21st Birthday Cards questions, answered
What size are the cards, and what do they cost?
Most designs come in two sizes. A6 at 10.5 by 14.8 cm, from 3.99 euro, and A5 at 14.8 by 21 cm, from 4.50 euro. A few designs are A6 only. The sizes and prices available are shown on each product page.
Can I add a name?
On personalised designs, yes. Type the name into the box on the product page and it is printed on the card. Premade designs are printed exactly as shown, with no name.
Is anything printed inside?
No. The inside is left blank so you can write your own message. Any personalisation is printed on the front of the card.
Does it come with an envelope?
Yes. Every card is sent with an envelope included in the price, kraft or white depending on the design.
Are the cards foiled or printed?
Both. Most designs are printed on 300gsm card with a smooth matte finish, and some are finished with real foil pressed by hand. A few are scratch-off. The finish is stated on each product page.
What if I spot a mistake in the details?
Message me straight away. If it has not gone to print yet I will fix it at no cost. Once it is printed and dispatched, a replacement is a paid reprint.
How long before it arrives?
Made to order and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days, then standard An Post delivery within Ireland.
